1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Canopus Email Verifier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Canopus Email Verifier provides email address verification services including syntax checks, domain validation, SMTP verification, and deliverability scoring. Results are provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share API keys or account credentials
• You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are consumed per email verified. Purchased credits do not expire. Free/bonus credits may have expiry dates. Payments are processed through manual bank transfer with admin approval. All prices are in INR.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to: verify email lists obtained without consent, conduct spam campaigns, overload our verification infrastructure, or attempt to reverse-engineer our verification algorithms.

6. Service Accuracy

While we strive for maximum accuracy, email verification results are inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on verification results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Canopus Email Verifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused purchased credits may be refunded at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
